In the smaller towns and cities of India, you should not expect to much of your hotels. Lok Sagar, however, exceeds those expectations. The front desk staff are efficient, courteous and absolutely correct to the last rupee. The room rate and services are good value. The rooms are well appointed with good furniture, clean and even have a comfy chair. AC worked well. The location is also very good, a short walk to the palace and a short auto ride to the railway station. For a small city like Mysore, I give it 5/5 without hesitation.

We 4 ladies stayed there for 2 days. We had very nice experience with comfortable stay and delicious food. We had good varieties of vegetarian dishes from their restaurant. Super delicious buffet breakfast was their highlight. I recommend this hotel for family, friends, ladies only trip

It was really wonderful as the manager Rajesh and his entire team was very prompt and their personal touch and regard made the stay much more memorable... morning breakfast was also very nice. The special halwa and masala tea were very tasty....
